• Avoid serving big dinners close to bedtime as this can hinder their chance to fall asleep.
• Set a regular bedtime and enforce it a week before school starts.
• Limit video games and T.V. watching before bedtime as this can be too stimulating.

Practice healthy eating Get your children into a habit of eating three regular meals a day before they go back to school. Regular meals help to control their hunger and performance levels so that they can breeze through the day without hunger pangs. Also, never let your child skip breakfast in the morning rush!
